azam terbaru...

1. kurangkan minum 3 in 1
2. breakfast with cereal atau oat dengan low fat milk... kurangkan heavy breakfast
3. exercise at least 3x per week
3. minum green tea setiap hari

sebabnyer body dah out of shape... jeans dah ketat... so before lebih ketat, kena disiplinkan diri. currrently 50kg + . target weight, at least 45kg. ideal weight, 40 kg.
